Finpaws Returns & Refund Policy

At Finpaws, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Returns Accepted

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

🔄 Return Process

  • Contact us at support@finpawsbrandbuddy.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. 

🚫 Non-returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or unclean items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
